After you apply for a donation, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you registered.
If you do not receive a confirmation email even after several hours, it may be because your email address was incorrect or set to not receive emails.

- If you registered with a mobile email address, please confirm the following settings:
- Set to receive emails from PCs.
- Specify the domain (@mark onwards) as "otera-oyatsu.club".
- For free email services such as Hotmail, it is possible that the email may not be received.
1. For personal continuous donations (credit card payment), we will mail a receipt for one year in January of the following year.
2. For all other cases, we will mail the receipt around the middle of the month following the payment date.
