2. 江戸川区障害者スポーツ係様に推薦して頂き、「障害者の生涯学習支援活動」に係る文部科学大臣表彰を受賞することができました。[2021年11月]
3. 江戸川区並びに東京都に推薦して頂き、令和3年度バリアフリー・ユニバーサルデザイン推進功労者 内閣府特命担当大臣奨励賞を受賞することができました。[2021年12月]
このような素晴らしい賞をいただけるのは、トラッソスに通ってくれるトラっ子、連れてきてくださる（送り出してくださる）保護者の皆さん、いつも応援してくださるスポンサーの皆さん、契約をしてくださる企業さん、団体さん、ボランティアスタッフ、多くのサポーターの皆さんのお陰です。心から感謝いたします。
トラッソスは、スポーツを通してコミュニティをつくり、「愛される人」を育成することを目指しています。これは会員だけではなく、関わってくれるスタッフも含めてです。そして「やりたくなるサッカー」をモットーとして活動しています。これからも積極的に取り組んでいきたいと思います。引き続きトラッソスの応援をどうぞ宜しくお願い致します！

NEWS#3: TRACOS received the Minister of State for Special Missions Award for Promotion of Barrier Free Universal Design. [Dec. 2021]
We received such awards thanks to children & adults who come to TRACOS, their guardians who bring them (or see them off) to practice sessions & events, volunteer coaches & staff, our sponsors, corporate partners and supporters. We're really honoured that many people help and support us. Thank you so much!
にっこにこフェスタ | Nikko Niko Festa
今年は にっこにこフェスタ（第14回 全日本知的障害児・者サッカー競技会）を開催することができました。昨年は新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止の観点から中止となったため、2年ぶりの開催となります。
コロナの影響が残る中、規模を縮小しての開催となりましたが、参加チームの皆さんが楽しんでプレーしてくれました。運営においては、やはりコロナ対策として、スタッフ数を少なくせざるを得ませんでした。その分、参加してくださったスタッフ1人1人に負担がかかってしまったと思いますが、ご来場いただいた皆さんを笑顔で盛り上げて、参加者の笑顔を引き出してくれました。

TRACOS organizes an annual nationwide event, Niko Niko Festa, for adults and children with learning disabilities. The 14th Nikko Niko Fest was held on Oct. 17th and Dec. 5th.
The 14th Nikko Niko Festa, an annual nationwide football event for adults and children with developmenta disabilities, took place on Oct. 17th and Dec. 5th. Since we could not hold the 13th Nikko Niko Festa in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were so happy and grateful that we were able to host the event although it was held on a smaller schale.
クリスマスファンドレイジング | Christmas Fundraising
とても光栄なことに、Brits at Lunchクリスマス・ファンドレイザーの寄付先にトラッソスを選んで頂きました。ラッフルやチャリティオークションによるファンドレイジングを通して、多くの寄付金を頂きました。寄付金だけではなく、発達障がい児・者が直面する問題、トラッソスの取り組みについても紹介する機会も頂きました。皆さまの厚意に心より感謝いたします。
Brits at Lunch クリスマスファンドレイザー 12月10日
We are honored to have been chosen as the beneficiary of the Brits at Lunch Christmas fundraiser. We are grateful for them giving us the opportunity to introduce TRACOS to the participants and , and be a part of the amazing Party & Raffle.
Below is a speech by J. Kodera at Brits at Lunch.
NPO TRACOS runs a football school and club for children with developmental disabilities such as autism, ADHD and Down syndrome.
One of problems children with developmental disabilities have is that they are all too often denied participation in sports.
This is because team sports requires communication ability as well as athletic ability. Communication is the thing kids with developmental disabilities have difficulties with.
They’re often excluded or rejected, which makes many of them feel a sense of shame, isolation, low self-esteem, fear and anxiety. A lot of children with developmental disabilities end up feeling negative about sports, and it deprives them of exercise opportunities.
For these children, TRACOS creates an opportunity to enjoy sports.
We help them build up their health, acquire sociability, learn how to cooperate with others, improve their self-esteem, and more importantly, find sports fun.
Today, I am here to ask you to support TRACOS so that we can continue to give the opportunity to as many children with developmental disabilities as possible.
Also, I’d like to ask you to have an interest in TRACOS kids. There are 70 students and 60 players enjoying football at TRACOS now. You reaching out to them just encourages them, empowers them and makes their future brighter.
Before I finish, I’d like to share my favourite quote with you.
“The opposite of love is not hate, it’s indifference.”
Elie Wiesel said that and what he said is true.
It’s Christmas, a season of love, that’d be wonderful if you take interest in them.

NPOトラッソスは、ASD、ADHD、ダウン症など、発達障がいのある子ども達のためのサッカースクールやクラブを運営しています。
発達障がい児の抱える問題の1つとして、スポーツに参加することを断られるということが挙げられます。これは、チームスポーツには運動能力だけではなくコミュニケーション能力も求められ、そして発達障がい児にとっての「困難さ」が生じるのがコミュニケーションだからです。排除されたり、拒否されることが重なると、恥ずかしさ、孤独、低い自己肯定感、恐れ、不安を感じるようになります。多くの発達障がい児がスポーツに対して否定的な気持ちを持つようになってしまい、ネガティブな感情は彼らから運動する機会を奪うことになります。
このような子ども達のために、トラッソスはスポーツを楽しむ場を作っています。トラッソスは、健康づくり、社交性、協調性、自尊心の向上、そして何よりスポーツの楽しさを知ってもらうためのサポートを行っています。これからも、できるだけ多くの発達障がい児に運動する機会を提供できるように、トラッソスにご支援をお願いします。もう1つのお願いですが、ぜひトラッソスの子ども達に興味を持って下さい。現在、70人の生徒と60人の選手がトラッソスでサッカーを楽しんでいます。皆さまが差し伸べる手は、彼らを励まし、力づけ、そして彼らの未来をより明るいものにします。
最後に、私の好きな言葉を紹介したいと思います。
「愛の反対は憎しみではなく、無関心です」
エリ・ヴィーゼルの言葉ですが、本当にその通りです。クリスマスという愛の季節に、トラッソスの子ども達に関心を持ってもらえると嬉しいです。

クリスマスファミリーサッカー | Christmas Family Soccer
12月25日、2年ぶりとなるクリスマスファミリーサッカーは、サンタとトナカイが登場しました。
ファミリーサッカーでは、家族内で協力したり、対戦したりします。もちろん、家族同士の交流を深めていただくために、家族対抗戦をしたり、他のご家族と協力し合ったりしながら、サッカーを通して親交を深めています。

Christmas Family Soccer was held for the first time in 2 years on the 25 of Dec. We had Santa Caluse and Reindeer this year.
Christmas Family Soccer is an event where Families and TRACOS students and FC TRACOS players interact with each other and make friends.
